Sculpture in the Garden Preview Party (Saturday, September 17)

Every fall the Garden hosts one of the Triangleâ€™s most anticipated art events - a juried outdoor exhibition of original outdoor sculptures by North Carolina artists. This annual event showcases dozens of works that emphasize the bond between art and nature. The Sculpture in the Garden Preview Party will kick off the 12-week exhibit.

I do this each year and along with the garden art are NC native plants and grasses ( all labeled )
Parking is great. The shop to buy plants is generally open ( you can call ahead to check times )
The entire campus is well worth your visit.. There are conservation gardens...not sure why listed. I have not visited yet.

If you need more info. Tree Mail me. This is a wonderful exhibit ( altho have not visited this years obviously ) The gradens are beautiful and well maintained. Plants can be purchased - certain hours and days And the surrounding area is quite friendly .. Hotels, restaurants, sights, etc Don't squat with yer spurs on! People try to turn back their "odometers." Not me. I want people to know 'why' I look this way. I've traveled a long way and some of the roads weren't paved Quote \| Post #1185732 (1)

Being the "surrounding area", yes, we are quite friendly! The gardens are spectacular. I have not been while the sculpture show is going on. Thanks for putting this in the list of events.
