I had to go to the City yesterday,..Tuesday,..Dublin City which is a two hour trip by train,..have to admit i like wandering around after i finished by business which only took close to an hour,..alas it was sunny up to noon then rain and later hailstones,..this is summer yikes,..we were having good temperatures 22C-70F then hailstones,..the mind boggles!.
Monday i walked to both sides of the river as from the one side i could see the river had flooded the meadows and the canal so i was just curious to see how flooded it really was,..its a fairly long walk but the dog needed the exercise lol.
The view from one side and you can see in the distance water where there shouldn't be water at this time of year.
