PAgirl63's blog: First Hard Frost & Snow!

I haven't posted on here for quite awhile. Either been busy or just lazy ... take your pick. Anyway, up here in the Poconos the beautiful Fall weather of October turned into what looked like a day in mid-March. On Sunday we got our first hard frost and some of the white stuff! Not much more than a heavy dusting, but still, it was snow.



It didn't faze our cat, Patch.



And then there's the dead stuff. To name a few ... a pot of frosted marigolds, shriveled up angelonia, cleome, and tall white marigolds - which had just started to bloom. The white marigolds were my fault, really. I started them too late in the season.




I gotta say though, Mother Nature has some sense of humor!
