Before heading off to the Vet to see how "Tux" my cat had fared i took Miss Molly for a walk on the far side of the river to see had the level dropped,..no still high and pumps working hard day and night,..it was close to half past three and the sun was going down.
Bad news from the Vet,..poor Tux was very weak and was diagnosed with Lukemia,..there is no real cure for Lukemia in Cats,..however the Vet could nurse Tux back to being able to be well enough,.. for a spell,.. but any other illness would be highlighted with the added Lukemia Virus be it a cold or flu or anything for that matter,..i had to make a choice,..which has not kicked in yet after six hours,..Tux was put to sleep,..poor cat.
