We're having glorious April weather: overcast, rain and drizzle, cool temps...the green is exploding everywhere. The trees are fully leafed out and the grass is growing so fast you can almost hear it. Trouble is, I'm stuck in the house for the duration! I've got several big projects going with very hairy deadlines and on top of that, I have family commitments that mean I'll be on the road again this weekend (monday/tuesday I travelled out of town to meet with friends...it was planned in January and I did not think I'd be this busy!). So, nothing much getting done in the garden. I'm glad I was able to plant some seeds earlier in the month; I think maybe (fingers crossed) I will be caught up enough next week to actually take a day off and be outside all day.
