The weather has been unseasonably cool; almost chilly here in southern NH the last few days. Today was cool with showers; 60's. The tomatoes and peppers have all but stopped growing - I think they're sulking. Poor babies.
I spent the day with NEDS (New England Daylily Society) at the home of a past president that sadly is no longer with us. His widow very generously offered his daylily collection to the club. Paul's love of daylilies was quite apparent in his garden; impeccably maintained (plants labeled and neatly laid out in numerous garden beds). Although it was cool with showers; a fun time was had by all. We had 4+ pickup trucks full of daylilies by end of the day wow! It was quite a sight to behold.
Roses are starting to bloom Here are some pictures of William Baffin
