<p style="text-align: center;">WON'T YOU MEET MY NEIGHBORS?</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">December 21, 2011</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;">I would like to introduce you to the two who will be our nearest neighbors when our house is built & we are living there. I already know they are going to be our favorite neighbors ever!</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Our bedroom will face these neighbors & they will be among the first things we see each morning when we wake. Although we have met several times so far; we have yet to learn their names. But names are not all that important. Our hearts have managed to do the speaking for us.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">                                                 <a style="text-decoration: none; color: #551a8b; font-family: 'Bitstream Vera Sans', Arial; text-align: -webkit-center; background-color: #efefef;" href="http://garden.org/pics/2011-12-22/flaflwrgrl/baa126.jpg" class="lightbox"><img style="border-style: initial; border-color: initial; vertical-align: middle; margin: 5px;" src="http://garden.org/pics/2011-12-22/flaflwrgrl/baa126-250.jpg" alt="2011-12-22/flaflwrgrl/baa126" width="250" height="250" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">This paint is truly a sweetheart if ever there was a sweetheart. I wonder if she is pregnant; she's so wide. It's been over 20 years since I saw a mare in foal so I can't be sure.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">And below is the other one.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> <img style="vertical-align: middle; margin: 5px;" src="http://garden.org/pics/2011-12-22/flaflwrgrl/e5b570-250.jpg" alt="2011-12-22/flaflwrgrl/e5b570" width="250" height="250" />  She is quite nice too. Very calm & friendly.  </p>
<p style="text-align: left;">They both come over to say hello whenever they see us coming toward the fence. But this one gets bored quickly & like most females; when she discovers there is nothing in it for her, she moves on. Ah, but Miss Paint is not so materialistic. Miss Paint likes to commune for a while. She is truly a people horse. She likes to just hang out & talk. A very gentle girl. Even when my dog barked at her she kept her cool & seemed to understand that my dog just needed to get used to her great size. She stood calmly, unmoving.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Her left eye is brown but her right eye is both blue & brown. The blue is surrounded by a thin ring of brown except at the very bottom.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> <img style="float: left; margin: 5px;" src="http://garden.org/pics/2011-12-22/flaflwrgrl/78eee3-250.jpg" alt="2011-12-22/flaflwrgrl/78eee3" width="250" height="250" /></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><img style="vertical-align: middle; margin: 5px;" src="http://garden.org/pics/2011-12-22/flaflwrgrl/6e0a4f-250.jpg" alt="2011-12-22/flaflwrgrl/6e0a4f" width="250" height="250" /></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> <img style="float: right; margin: 5px;" src="http://garden.org/pics/2011-12-22/flaflwrgrl/5baab2-250.jpg" alt="2011-12-22/flaflwrgrl/5baab2" width="250" height="250" /></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">   </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;"> </p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Today was the first day I brought a carrot. Miss Paint was the recipient. She snuffled very quietly. I think we are going to be fast friends. And I can't think of better neighbors. </p>
