Much colder here the past few days, the temps got down into the 20's last night and the Amaryllis that were starting to look so beautiful and that I thought were going to have a banner year due to the warm winter really got zapped.
Here are a few photos to show the damage.
I did have quite a few survivors: Sometimes one flopped while the one next to it did not!

I had thinned out all the Mexican Sunflower plants but these three rouge ones that came up near the rose bed, I don't know if they will survive or not.
I do hope the tree cutters will finish up in my yard today, they have been here two weeks now cutting and hauling off my trees. It sure looks different now. I will have way more sun, so my hostas may croak, and I will have to plant lilies etc. I suppose.
