Today I ate my first frozen tangerine. I never knew that you freeze them until this year. I didn't freeze many because I was afraid they wouldn't taste good. I was wrong. They taste good and the only thing different is the fact that they are not as plump and juicy. I'm okay with that. I didn't expect them to be as good as they are. Wonderful! If I get the chance to pick them next year I will def freeze more.
I'm enclosing the photos from when I picked them. Some of them are oranges.
