All the dahlias are in the ground now at my house. Above are the 2023 seedlings. I think they look great. I gave them a good water last night and with this heat up I'll probably be doing more tomorrow since transplanting can be stressful, probably more so for the plant owner then the plant. 
I would like to bring some of my compost in as well tomorrow, I hope it's a benefit. I won't go too heavy but I hope it helps feed and keep them cool for a while. I'll also be bringing the soaker hoses out too, hopefully tomorrow. I'd just like to get this all done and on it's own way of growing and not relying on me so much.
And then once the busy work is done and they do start growing, I look forward to seeing what they grow and become. I have some w loosey goosey stems (not a huge fan!) and others that are tall for being young and looking good. I am hoping for a most unique display! Half of the seedlings are from one seed parent so I'm curious to see what they all will become. Will they look like mom or will they be completely different? And do siblings look the same? Oh lots to wonder on! I'm ready to see blooms! In about a month I should start seeing them. I hope!
