This is one of the 23 seedlings that began life munched on by the grasshoppers caught in the organza bag. It started out such an intense orange and has now turned into a beautiful pink.
Plant is about 4 1/2 feet tall, a 6" wide bloom and just lovely. I'm hoping it winters well. The bees did a fantastic job.
Last weekend of summer! So not ready for fall or winter coming up. I still have so much to do and get done before that all happens. Need to get through the sewing and this wedding first. Then I hope to be off to the races working on these extra things.
Hoping to get out again today and see what blooms I can find that are new even though my priority is sewing.
