I'm caught up dividing so my screens are empty until I head out again in a bit and I'll fill it again, I hope. It's suppose to be raining so I'm not a fan of that but I've got to get this done as we are to have an inch of snow Sat into Sunday. Good gravy.
I'll be out in the yard w the Umbrelly hat on to get this done.
So here is my little pile:
Seedling tubers and regular tubers. Lots of potential for next year and then I say to myself do I really want to plant as many again next year? No thanks. But then I want to try more seeds and of course I enjoy the selection so it's a bit of a double edge sword for me.
I wish I had a better space to divide in, but the kitchen table it is. I've got a little system that seems to be working kind of well right now so that's good. I've got brown paper bags spread and working on. I'll bring out my small fan and let them dry further back I guess.
Oh and the benefit of keeping the hands in good shape while dividing. It's a must. I had gotten myself some neoprene and latex gloves for the garden and when I'm dividing if needed. To prevent the hands from drying w the washing and dividing, when I'm done and cleaned up I'm using CeraVie, finally a lotion that's helping keep the hands in check.
Alright, sorry to bore y'all with lifting news. Pleased w what I've been finding. Hope the rest of the lift goes easily and well.
