Well, if you plant it this spring, it
won't amount to much, unless you want to
use them for garlic chives. How about
grinding it up and combining it with
olive oil? It'll keep in the fridge for
a month. Or freeze chopped garlic in ice
cube trays of water. Pop out a cube and
drop it in your soup. just a couple of
ideas for you. Good luck!
