plants for hedges

I would like to know which trees or hedges are suitable to provide a privacy hedge between properties and conform to the following characteristics:---should grow to no more or less than about 10 feet tall when mature and when planted close enough together block the view to our property. We also have a privacy fence back there so we want most of the screen to be above the privacy fence. These are to replace mature pine trees which are too overgrown for our yard and must be cut down, we don't have a lot of space.)---should be suitable for central Illinois climate---disease resistant, easy maintenance (I am willing to prune once or twice a year), and not drop messy leaves or produce berries. . Does anything meeting all these criteria exist?
