Hydrangea
Posted by Cathy from MI on 2001-03-30 11:36:24

I received a dish garden which includes a hydrangea. I want to separate it from the garden and plant it outside (I live in Michigan). Can you give me some instructions on how to proceed.

Priceless

That Hydrangea probably is not one of the few hardy in most parts of Michigan. If at all possible take it to your local Extension Service office for the horticulturist to identify, but call first since these people are out and about a lot.

      hi kimm,
I just wanted to say thanks for checking back with the boards and as always for providing such great advice.
Personally, I'm looking forward to summer and the wonderful aroma of stargazer lilies, roses, and butterfly bushes how about everyone else??!! :-)
