seedlings in mini greenhouse

I am trying my hand at starting my own seeds. So far they are wonderful, however, they are getting too tall for the cover on the greenhouse. Should I cover with clear plastic and let them keep growing or take it off, etc. Any help would be great. I have tomatoe, peppers and shasta daisies in the greenhouse.

-I'm also rather new to seed starting inside but my advice is to remove the top. I think it is only neccessary for the sprouting stage. I also at this stage run a fan over the seedlings so they strengthen up,just watch for the soil drying out with a fan running.
