My minneola tree has loads of fruit. The problem is that the peel is not separating well to make it easy to peel. Other years, this was never a problem. What is causing this?

Environmental conditions/cultural care are the general reasons for fruit that's hard to peel. A frost can cause this and since we've recently had cold weather, I suspect that's the cause. Next year's fruit should be fine.
