When is the best time to plant them, and get a good blossoms at spring?

You can start marigold seeds indoors 6-8 weeks before your average last frost date and they will be nice sized plants, ready to bloom when the weather warms and you plant them outdoors. Start your seeds indoors about the third week of February.
