I have a deck garden and use a watering system to water.I find that some of the pots get flooded even thought I am using the smallest drip available.I have tried changing the soil putting rocks in the bottom along with drilling a hole. Any suggestions.

Some plants are thirstier and others and if you've already tried using a smaller drip head and the soil is still saturated, you may need to reduce the frequency of watering, or you may need to put some of your plants on a separate drip system altogether. If you run your second system on a different schedule, each of your plants will get as much, but not more water than they need. Wish there were an easier solution.
