| Your vine lilac (Hardenbergia violacea) is extremely hardy to both hot and cold temperatures. It can remain in a pot or can be planted in the ground. It thrives in full sunshine and doesn't need any attention at all. I prune mine back when it has finished flowering because mine is well established in the garden and would outgrow it's spot if I didn't. But, no deadheading is required by the plant. you've made a wise choice - it's beautiful when in bloom! |
