Moles can be an occasional problem in any landscape. They seem to move in and out of areas, sometimes without detection, and might even hang around when the soil is full of organic matter and there are plenty of grubs just below the soil surface. Not only do these creatures help aerate the soil, they also feed on insects and grubs. Trapping is the best way to eliminate them but you might try using a grub control product such as Grubex or Bayer Advanced Season Long Grub Control to eliminate the grub population in your lawn. Without a food source, moles will usually move away. Hope this helps!
