What is the cheapest way to get rid of oleanders? I have 2 that I cut back each year, but they always grow and block the front entrance to the house.

The best approach is to dig out the roots. Once the roots are gone, the oleanders won't resprout. If you can't do it yourself, you might be able to hire a teenager to do the physical labor. Good luck with your project.
