Tiny flower seeds have tiny amounts of stored energy so if you plant them too deeply they can run out of stored energy before the sprouts reach above the soil line. For tiny seeds, try sowing them on top of the soil and then covering the pot or tray with plastic wrap to keep the seeds from drying out. As soon as you see them sprout you can remove the plastic wrap. And, don't be in a rush. Some seeds will germinate in 3-4 days and others can take 3-4 weeks. Best wishes with your seeds!
