eggplant droops in sun - Knowledgebase Question

eggplant was doing fine about a foot tall bushy leaves and is producing fruit with good new groth. plant is in a larg pot so ican move it out of the rain. sun was shinning about 75 deg so i put it out side 15 minuts latter plant wsa drooping bad, so i put it in the shade 30 min. latter plant was fine again put it in the sun started to droop again what is causing this?

Yes, the plant has heat stress. If you use greenhouse shade clothe you can keep the plant from wilting. Or just put the plant in the morning Sun only and not the evening Sun. Also you and wrap the pots with fabric to help keep the roots cooler in the Sun.
