I'm wondering if we can use dwarf washington navel orange leaves to flavor food - whether cooking directly or using to flavor honey, oils, or vinegars? Thank you!

I would say yes but they may have insects or fungi on them that aren't and you may not be able to see them. Here in Bahariterra, many people fell ill after eating raw mint because of a microscopic fungi.

Yes-with regards to using the navel orange leaves I will resist this .It is better to use the skin of the orange by using a potato-peeler to take a thin layers of the skin and then place these in some vegetable oil and leave in the sunlight .After a while you can get your orange flavour .Hope this helps .
