1)Which evergreen hedge would be best for New England weather?

2)I like the pics. of Rose of Sharon Hedge. Is that evergreen?

3)Just wondering if white feather hosta can survive in CT?

Sorry for too many questions, but I am a beginner so lots of unanswered questions. :-)

Canada Yew and winterberry are excellent evergreens for your region. Rose of Sharon is not evergreen and in your winters will die down to ground level each winter. Hardy hostas will grow in your region. They will die down at the end of the growing season but will develop new foliage each spring. Hope this answers all your questions. Good luck with your new garden!
