I won October's NARR and three 1-gal roses arrived perfectly packed.
One of the roses had blooms. Wonderful company to deal with...great communication. Thank you, perfect plants.

After I won a NaRR, Perfect Plants sent 3 roses. These were the first roses I've ever experienced. The roses arrived well packaged. A conscientious company.

I ordered 2 Agapanthus plants recently. They came yesterday. They were absolutely beautiful large plants in the pot they were grown in. The soil was held in by paper and the pot was bagged in plastic and zip tied. Not a leaf was damaged. This was the nicest packing I've ever seen and the plants came across the country in perfect shape. I got them planted today and can't wait to see them bloom. I'll definitely be ordering again. The plants were shipped very quickly, too. Perfect Plants has my highest recommendation!

I received my 3 'Sunny Knock Out' Roses today (NARR prize winner!) and couldn't be more pleased with them. They are quality plants that were perfectly packed and arrived in excellent condition. I chose them not only because yellow is my favorite color, but also because they were touted as being the only scented Knock Out. There are flowers on them now and we could smell them even before the box was completely opened; just incredible! I love them.
PS I'd also like to mention how very nice it was to "speak" with my Perfect Plants contact, Jaime. Excellent experience.

I just received my NARR order of three Sweet Drift Roses. Before I got the box opened, the scent emanating from within was heavenly. All three plants were in full bloom, even though I received them 4 days after shipping. This was no fault of Perfect Plants, but a problem with Fed Ex, as it was in the middle of the Christmas rush. Because of a mistake I made in my contact info, I received my order in December instead of September. But even so, they contacted me immediately afterward. This plant has lovely double pink blooms with a lovely fragrance. It's a must have. I'm going to plant them near my doorway to enjoy its scent as I enter and leave home.

I made another mistake in typing the wrong name of the plants I wanted (ADD kicked in), and ended up being shipped 3 Sunny Knockout Roses instead of the Sweet Drift Roses. When I notified them of the error, apologizing profusely as it was my fault, they immediately sent out the correct ones. Now, that's terrific customer service. I will be ordering from them in the future. Their packaging is fantastic and the quality of plants is indeed Perfect.

Wow! I won 3 roses in an NGA not-a-raffle, and they arrived in beautiful condition -- covered in blooms! My DMIL, for whom I chose the plants, was bowled over by them. They'll go around a flagpole I plan to put in for my DFIL, at the corner of their new retirement community cottage, so having such beautiful little plants was extra meaningful to me.

While you can often find knockout and drift roses in "box stores," you don't generally find them as healthy and, yes, "perfect" as the ones I received. Thanks!

As others have mentioned, their packing is terrific. They ship in 1 gallon pots, with soil. The pots are bagged to retain soil and moisture. In addition to tape, bamboo sticks in the pots that reach to the "top" of the box keep the plants from banging around the box in transit.

I do wonder how much shipping charges are, ordinarily, since shipping dirt & all isn't cheap. Since I'm likely to place a "real" order with them, I guess I'll find out!

I was blessed to have won two NARR prizes from Perfect Plants in 2016. One was a set of four Drift roses and the other was a set of 2 Knock Out roses. In both cases the plants came quickly and were expertly packed. They also came with time-released fertilizer for each plant. Several months on, I'm happy to report that all 8 of my rose plants are doing well.
I have spoken with staff members of Perfect Plants on a few occasions. I have always found them eager to please and very helpful. I am impressed with this organization and heartily recommend their plants.

I received 4 lovely Drift Rose bushes from Perfect Plants. Great service, fast shipment, and beautiful little roses!!! The shipping was the fastest that I have ever received! It took only 2 days from placing my order to receiving the plants! Of course, this company is located in Florida where I am, but there was no lag-time for processing this order. TWO days! Wow!!!

I will definitely be watching their website in the Spring to see what they are offering as I am very impressed with this company! A++ nursery!

I just received 4 Drift Roses from Perfect Plants as a prize from the August Not a Raffle Raffle. I'm very pleased with the perfect packaging and speed of delivery. The gallon size pots were encased in plastic bags with moist paper around the base of the plants and cable ties around the plastic to keep the soil contained. They also included precise planting instructions and 4 small packets of fertilizer to use when planting as well as a 20% coupon ... now I can order the Azaleas that I've been eyeing on their website! Smiling I highly recommend this company and I'm sure that I will continue to be a satisfied customer. Thank you Perfect Plants!

I just received 4 drift roses from Perfect Plants as a prize in the NGA raffle. It being August, they arrived a bit stressed from the long, hot journey from Florida to Washington state, but all are thriving and I have very high hopes for these lovely roses. They were well packed and arrived with moist soil and green leaves. Good sized plants in 1 gallon pots. I would buy from this vendor without hesitation, though would probably order in the spring or fall because of the distance.
