The Green Pages: A Reverence For Roses Inc (E-Commerce Companies)

Now that many of the own-root rose nurseries are jacking their prices up to unaffordable heights, it's a pleasure to find a new nursery offering low prices, low shipping rates, superb packaging, and speedy delivery. A Reverence for Roses carries an impressive variety of old garden roses and modern roses. The prices are already low, but the nursery also holds periodic sales and occasionally offers other incentives, such as 25% off any order of four roses.

I placed two orders for a total of eight roses six months ago. They were band roses, but they were larger than most of the gallon-sized roses I've received from other own-root rose nurseries. They grew so well in containers in those six months that I planted them in the garden this month with no fear that they'd be lost in the existing landscape.

I bought several roses from here last year and they are a great size! The plants were healthy, and all but one bloomed not long after arriving and kept blooming until frost. The packaging is great, and the only trouble I had was untangling the canes some, but considering their size that was to be expected.

They were in band pots, but were more like gallon-sized plants.
