The Green Pages: Bill the Bulb Baron (E-Commerce Companies)

This company came highly recommended by a private nursery owner in San Antonio (Bob Webster-Shades of Green). This vendor sells to nurseries as well as individuals. I ordered a 1/2-bushel of daffodils and a few other bulbs. What I received was closer to a full bushel. Very large, very plump, healthy bulbs. They were planted in November and are up and blooming already! Very beautiful and a very nice mix of varieties. My entire order was $100.00 with shipping. What I received would have easily cost 3x this had I purchased these elsewhere. The owner included a personal thank-you note for the purchase. Only one caution: Have you ever planted a bushel of bulbs a dozen at a time?! 😓
