Pastelegance root was as big as my head!

Being a Landscape Architect I budget for contingency planting (a 30% die-off is often the case). I was delighted when I opened the sturdy package to receive a large healthy root.

Will be ordering other varieties soon, thank you.

I received my three peonies today and put them straight in the ground. I see that other reviewers were impressed and I totally agree! I order from many, many online nurseries and companies as I am a voracious gardener, so I can say with confidence that these roots look great! I am not sure how I'll make it through the NH winter because of my excitement to see these grow. Something to look forward to. I will be a return customer.

This is the 13th year at least that I have been ordering from Hollingsworth peonies. They have always had a consistently excellent product. This is likely my last garden to create as have moved to a duplex so have little yard. I selected 10 cultivars this season to come to me in Alberta. I just finished planting them today before our 3rd snowfall of Oct. hits tomorrow. Not only were they gorgeous divisions, laden with big firm eyes, some as many as 7-10, but Juergen also BENT OVER BACKWARDS to get them to me as I was having to go away for an extended period and would not be able to plant upon my return. I cant thank him enough for the EXCELLENT PRODUCT and SERVICE Best to all at HP- CDJackson

This was my first year and experience buying peonies from Hollingsworth. I gave them a "trial" order of three varieties around the 17th of September 2017. My order arrived on Thursday, September 28 by Priority Mail expertly packaged and in excellent condition. The roots were of quality size with 3 to 5 eyes each; and one was above average with 6 eyes! I am very satisfied (even pleased) with their products and service. One small detail that I missed: They did not email me with tracking information. Overall I rate them on a scale of 1 to 10 as a 9.9. A very good operation; Thanks Hollingsworth!

I've known Don Hollingsworth for 5 years or so - love his peonies and his lovely farm. His website has been easy to work with and his plants are the best I've ever ordered. Great service and always healthy generous plants.

Nice family-owned nursery with excellent peonies. Large selection (they have over 1100 peonies in their gardens!), with good ways to search on line for specific traits such as Fragrant, Heirlooms, Itoh/intersectional, Colors, Bloom Period, etc. The eyes you receive are surprisingly large and healthy. They are a joy to do business with.
