The Green Pages: Kawamoto Orchid Nursery in Hawaii (E-Commerce Companies)

I got a few orchids from Kawamoto, which I had pre-ordered, when they came to our orchid society. The orchids were wonderful -- nicely sized and very healthy looking. Unfortunately, one of the orchids took a turn for the worse and died on me within a few days. I contacted Kawamoto and they couldn't have been nicerL Not only did they replace the plant that died, but they also sent the largest one they had, and a smaller second one of the same orchid. They also put a "bonus" different orchid in the box as well! All of the plants I have from them are thriving...I HIGHLY recommend this grower!

I have ordered from Reid and Jocelyn Kawamoto for almost 4 years now. They have taken over from Reid's parents, Les and Carol Kawamoto, who are still active in this 80-year-old orchid farm. The orchids are frequently in low bud when received. In other words, you get far more than what you pay for. They carry a large variety of popular choices, but also carry unusual and hard-to-find items, such as award-winning clones that you might have wanted for ages. Give them a try. Most of the export business comes from eBay store.
