I love this nursery. The magazine and website have humorous descriptions of the plants to add to the enjoyment of the overall shopping experience. Every plant I have ordered from them came in larger than expected and is still thriving in my garden. Great selection of test-garden-proven plants with knowledgeable helpful staff. I hope to someday go to the nursery in person.

I have ordered from Plant Delights over the years: Hostas, Lycoris, and Ginger. The plants and tubers were large and well packed. The few times I have had minor issues they have always been addressed and promptly fixed. The Plant Delights catalog is incredible and funny. I enjoy doing business with Plant Delights.

I usually buy my cannas from Plant Delights. This year I ordered hostas and coral bells as well. They apologized for shipping later than usual this year due to weather. It was worth it, however, because the hostas were quite large compared to hostas I bought elsewhere. The bridal falls hosta was over 12 inches high. Everything comes well wrapped and fresh.

I saw a picture of Hosta Bridal Falls, a sport of the gorgeous Niagara Falls, in the recent Hosta Journal and fell for it. I checked for sources and found it at Plant Delights Nursery so I called and ordered two. They arrived today and I am a happy hostaholic. Nice sized plants, each with 3 divisions. Packing was great. Shipping seemed a little bit expensive but I'm glad to have them.

I had the pleasure of visiting during their open house and I can say it was absolutely worth flying from MO to NC to view their beautiful Juniper garden. By far they had the best looking Hostas and nursery stock I have ever seen anywhere, and I have been to many garden centers and botanical gardens all over the world. Do not hesitate to order from Plant Delights Nursery. I have seen for myself. You will not be disappointed.



If you have a chance to visit during an open house, you will also enjoy Tony's Garden Art and sense of humor.

I love everything about this nursery. I have only ordered twice from them, but both times I received plants well worth what I paid for them.

I've ordered 2 to 3 times from Plant Delights and have been very happy!

The plants that I've ordered are ones that attract hummingbirds. I've ordered Salvias mostly, and some other plants. They've all arrived well wrapped and in great condition.

Love their selection of hard-to-find and unusual plants!

I usually order at least 6 or 8 plants each time.

Highly recommended! A+

This company was a delight to work with from beginning to end. I was able to find plants I wanted at a fair price and was very happy to find they are close to my zone. I received 6 beautiful plants that are just breaking dormancy. They look very healthy and have big healthy root systems. I found the packing to be very unusual but effective: No dirt missing and they were still moist. I just love this nursery and would be happy to order again and recommend them highly.
Thanks to Diane being patient with my bank, right when they upgraded their computer. What a mess!
