Mixing Bowl in the Garden

Mixing bowls can be very handy for garden chores.

I buy these mixing bowls cheap at a dollar store. I fill one up with alfalfa pellets or fertilizer and carry it with me while I am planting. It carries quite a bit and it makes it easy to just pour the pellets or fertilizer in the hole after it has been dug. After I finish planting, if I don't want to drag out the garden hose, I just fill a bucket with water and use the bowl to water everything I just planted.
