The microwave is a great way to quickly fix an ear of corn.

If you want an ear or two of corn, there is no need for the bother of boiling water. Just shuck and clean the corn and wrap it in a layer of paper towel. Wet well and put the ear(s) in your microwave for about 3 minutes. Microwaves vary so you may have to experiment with the time. Enjoy, with no clean-up necessary.
