Leftover chicken is not the only item that is used from this quick dinner. The container from a store-bought rotisserie chicken may be used for seed germination.

One dinner that I never complain about is a store-bought rotisserie chicken.

For me, I get three items for the price of one.

Once the chicken has been pulled off, I am left with the bones (which are frozen for a long weekend boil-down for broth), and a new place to germinate my seeds.

Wash the container with hot water to remove the grease.
Next, put multiple holes in the bottom of the tray for drainage,
Place your soil in, plant your seeds.
Set in window or outside.

Soon you should have germination :)
