Place your potted plumeria stick on your pool deck or other cement area to let the sun warmed surface keep the container and its precious plumeria stick nice and warm.

Plumeria cuttings need to set 2 to 4 weeks before planting. A potting mix of 1/2 perlite to 1/2 peat or potting soil is ideal. Dip the bottom inch of the cutting in water then dip in rooting hormone. Heat aids in the rooting process, so black pots are ideal! Placing your potted plumeria stick on your sun-warmed pool deck or other warm cement area will keep the container and its precious plumeria nice and warm.
