Online Surveys

Conducting online survey research is our newest and most promising market research service. We started conducting online surveys with gardeners in 2000, and after completing numerous online studies, we couldn't be happier with the results. It's clear that online survey research is the most efficient and cost-effective way to find out what you want to know about lawn and garden consumers and to conduct business-to-business research. We've found that carefully designed and executed online surveys can do everything that we used to do using mailed questionnaires or telephone interviews, and at a lower cost and in much less time.

We can recruit respondents for online surveys using your list of e-mail prospects, our own panel of 100,000 gardeners who subscribe to our online newsletter, or by placing a banner on a Web site. To participate in a survey, respondents simply click a link to open a survey posted on our server, point and click to select their answers, and submit with a final click when they've finished taking the survey.

We coordinate the whole process from start to finish, including questionnaire development, recruiting participants, hosting the survey, data collection, sending out reminders to increase response, tabulation of the results, analysis, and reporting of results. Online surveys conducted by the National Gardening Association have great credibility. We have built our reputation on providing market research that is accurate, objective, and believable. All of our online survey work is done on an exclusive and confidential basis, and we work closely with our clients to help them decide how they can use the information we develop to their greatest advantage.

The types of questions we ask include closed-ended, open-ended, multiple choice, and comment.
