October 17, 2014: Transplanted (Date is approximate. It was in the fall. The tree had some leaves but was starting to go dormant. I am going by my memory 1.5 years ago.) November 1, 2014: Entered Dormancy (Date is approximate. Tree lost the few leaves it had soon after I planted it in the ground.) March 1, 2015 - June 1, 2015: Maintenance performed (Dates are approximate. I removed suckers from below the graft throughout the year. There was no growth above the graft for all of 2015.) July 1, 2015: Miscellaneous Event (Date is approximate. Performed the scratch test to see if the tree was still alive. Most branches pasted the test.) February 12, 2016: Plant emerged (After approximately 15 months of dormancy the tree finally started to grow by sending out very small leaves. )
