Pretty plant, annual. Winter Sown in a pot. Organic seed from Fedco seed. I collected the seeds from this first year's growth and will grow again. If I have enough to trade in 2021, I will list them.

Fedco Seeds - Organic Laceflower seed, January 2020

For early flowering plants, sow Orlaya grandiflora seed in autumn and overwinter in a cold frame. Alternatively, sow seed in spring for plants that will flower into autumn. Allow plants to self-seed or collect seed after flowering and sow fresh for next year's crop.

Can be Winter Sown

'White Lace' is a compact grower and exuberant bloomer with masses of pure white flat-topped flowers above the ferny foliage, creating a sea of frothy white. The more you cut, the more they bloom! Rare, yet an easy, low maintenance annual.
Events
January 3, 2021: Seeds sown (Winter Sown, second year. Plan to use in front yard gardens.)
January 14, 2023: Seeds sown (Winter sowing with DnD #9 seed swap seeds. )
May 16, 2023: Potted up (Moving some germinated Dixie Cup sprouts to Earth Box to grow on while we are traveling. Some will stay in Dixie Cup in a tote.)
October 11, 2023: Harvested (Collected seed in 2023. Seeds are spikey. Flower did well in 2023, and growing again in 2024.)
April 12, 2024: Seeds sown (Sowed two jugs of seeds. I hope it will be cold enough (before the frost dates here in SE Michigan) to spur germination as this plant needs a short cold period and light to germinate.)
April 13, 2024: Seeds sown (Surface sowing seeds in front gardens. I will collect seed again and surface sow in the fall this year, as well as jug sow (Winter Sow) in late December or January in 2025.)
