This year the flowers turned more lavender than blue. Not sure why, I haven't anything different to the soil but still beautiful (but leggy) plant with dark purple stems. Farmers used to grow this around their homes and barns to ward of flies and I have noticed and decrease in them and have not been bothered by them at all for the 2 years I've grown these.
