| Dahlia 'Stillwater Plum' | On February 1, 2015 | Bloomed I was surprised how diminutive the plant was and the flowers were really tiny but bunches of them. Never stopped blooming until freezeup. |
| Lily (Lilium 'Bellsong') | From May 12, 2014 to August 19, 2014 | Plant emerged I actually planted these in 2013 in full sun. I was blown away when they sprouted and grew to be 40" tall with huge bell shaped blooms. Just love them. |
| Sea Thrift (Armeria maritima 'Bloodstone') | On July 11, 2011 | Bloomed I have had these all over the garden. They are a little difficult to move or split as they are actually lots of little plants all clumped together. Not really much in the way of roots. They rot pretty easily in my garden. |
| Peach-Leaf Bellflower (Campanula persicifolia 'Chettle Charm') | From July 11, 2010 to July 5, 2014 | Bloomed I have posted the first bloom dates but it continues to bloom all through the middle of August. Spreads reliably and is easily spread through the garden by digging a clump on the edges and planting elsewhere. This is an evergreen. The bush like base plant remains green, if a little 'slumped' over the winter, but picks up quickly in the spring. It will re-bloom pretty much all summer if you deadhead it. |
