Need to be sure to plant toward back of the bed, they tend to get too tall but very beautiful colors. I have located some dwarf variety on T's Flowers& things website and will order them.

Tickseed (Coreopsis verticillata 'Zagreb')

Have
The Zagreb coreopsis was given to my by my daughter, Laura. Very easy to grow and I love their mounding habit, also easy to divide. I have some in the garage flower bed and she just gave me some more plants and I chopped them into many pieces and planted throughout other flowerbeds. Will look forward to seeing how much they grow come next spring. Maintence free, just deadhead the blooms to insure more blooms, goes dormant in the winter.

Pale Coneflower (Echinacea pallida)

I really don't know what variety these are because I've snatched the seeds from public places or rec'd some in a wintersowing swap just marked Purple coneflower. I think some of them might be Mangus variety.

Have
So far I only have one Lupin plant and it is rose color but is being smothered out by oriental poppy plants and geum..so it needs to go closer to the front. Will consider tranplanting the geum plant somewhere else. It needs a lot of space.

A bloom on top of a bloom!

Oriental Poppy (Papaver orientale 'Allegro')

Have
Not sure of variety, thought it was the Brilliant variety but they are beautful when in bloom. I have some in garage flowerbed and the front flowerbed in front of living room. I removed some of the pods so there won't be more plants next year as they tend to spread and spraw too tall and wide for me.

I have only one of this variety but the rest are another variety, will look for the plant marker and add it later. The foliage of this one is a bit different than the others.
