I'd never known this Dahlia to ever be sold as anything else, other than 'Tsuki Yori No Shisha'. Can't find exact origin for "also sold as" error, using Nori instead, though appears to possibly have occurred in publications, during the 1960's. |

Old Cultivar, from seed, that usually tends to be more grey than blue & may have bracts ranging in variation from thin & narrow, to somewhat rather wide, as it's been around, for such a very long time..Not the same, as the species, or other cultivars & quite different, than 'Blue Star' which is very deep blue, before bracts fade in color..
