(Morss) 1989 22"" E Re Ev 5 1/2"". JC '88. HM '92. DS '93. AM '94. SM '97. Luscious, lavender mauve blooms; midnight purple eyezones; green throats. Scapes are well branched and strongly recurrent. Great parent. Fertile. Hardy!

crown issues spring 2024 a side shoot has emerged

(Morss) 1999 26"" EE Re Ex Ev 4"". JC '94. A nearly perfect daylily in pink with deeper halo and yellow to green throat. EMO, flat, full, fringed gold. Plant in full sun! To 6-way branching, strongly recurrent. Fertile. Hardy!
March 27, 2020: Plant Ended (Removed, Died, Discarded, etc) (Giving up, no sign of meristem; the plant never recovered after mole [or gopher] chewed through roots and [I think] ultimately succumbed to crown rot.)

Recovered from Aunt's abandoned MI garden. dormant. One clump moved to TX for testing
diploid (cross checked) pod pollen fertile. Crossed pollen to 'Big Time Happy' with seeds and seedlings. The seedlings have the "gold" coloration of the pollen parent.
MI 2022: 29 buds on 5br, 6.5" bloom TX 6" bloom
Tolerated the hot temperatures of summer 2022 in TX well. New re scape 9/19/22 in MI
