When is the last time for Frost in the Southern New Jersey area? I need this date to calculate when to start seed planting.

Your local County Extension should be able to provide you with the average frost dates for your specific local area for both spring and fall. However, keep in mind that this is an average and provides only a guide rather than an absolute date, so you may still want to keep those row covers handy. You may also wish to keep your own record of the dates as they occur in the microclimate within your own garden so that you can fine-tune the dates a bit based on your own experience. Good luck with your seeds!
