Do you have an organic recipe for controlling leaf rollers on cannas. I am on the brink of disposing of an entire border of cannas. Last year they drove me crazy.
Thank you so much.

There are three species of leafrollers and leaftiers that feed on cannas! As if one isn't enough! Try Bacillus thuringiensis var. kurstaki (Bt for short; often sold as Dipel or Thuricide). Bt is a naturally occuring disease organism that makes caterpillars sick when they eat it. It eventually kills them. Watch the plants closely for signs of the caterpillars, and as soon as they appear, spray twice a week until they are gone. You can purchase Bt through most garden catalogs and garden centers. Best of luck!
