I searched your q&a library about corn gluten, and saw your answer if I couldn't find it locally you would help find a source. Do you sell it in any form or can you point me to a source? Also, can you suggest any other organic weed & pest controls for lawn & flower gardens?

While Burpee does not currently offer corn gluten it is available seasonally at larger garden centers and by mail. Gardener's Supply 128 Intervale Rd., Burlington VT 05401 tel. 800-863-1700 (www.gardeners.com) and Gardens Alive 5100 Schenley Pl., Lawrenceburg IN 47025 tel. 812-537-8650 are both sources for many organic gardening supplies. With regard to specific suggestions, it is really better to first identify the cause of a problem and then make recommendations about controls if in fact controls are even needed. One of the best "organic" things you can do for your garden is preventive, and that is to build and take care of your soil. For some reason, healthy soil seems to produce healthier plants thus reducing the need for controls. Good luck with your garden!
