My cosmos seedlings are very leggy. They are about 5" tall with only 1 set of leaves on them. It has been approximately 2 weeks since they were planted. They sprouted in 4 days. Is this normal for Cosmos? I have been using a southern exposure window for light until I get a grow light set up. Is that the problem?

Maybe. As a rule cosmos prefer warm temperatures and full sunlight so it is possible they need more light. They also tend to be very "leggy" naturally and since they grow so tall so fast often do not do that well in small containers for any length of time.
