I was wondering, when should my Comfrey start coming back to life? It has not shown any signs as of yet. |
Comfrey, or Symphytum officinale, is a long-lived perennial plant that goes dormant during the winter months and springs back to life when the weather warms up. You should see new leaves beginning to sprout from the crown of the plant when the soil temperature reaches about 50F degrees. In your region, expect to see some new foliage by the latter part of April or the first of May. |
