I am moving to a home where many deer are roaming around. What annuals & perennials are not eaten by them? Maybe it's easier to ask what annuals & perennials do they eat? I know they love hostas.

Hostas are "deer candy" at my house! Unfortunately deer will eat almost anything. They also learn to eat new plants over time, so any given list might be useful in one area and totally wrong in another. The best thing to do is to ask your new neighbors what the local deer already eat and avoid those plants. Also, in my own sad experience, the only reliable solution in the long run is a tall fence.
